Jon has over 12 years’ experience in the investment property markets across previous roles at NFU Mutual and CBRE. His most recent experience as Fund Manager at NFU Mutual includes the execution of 48 transactions totalling £1.4bn across a wide range of sectors.  These encompassed portfolio trades, c.2m sq ft of speculative industrial forward funding and individual asset transactions from £800k to £80m. Jon’s wider role at NFU Mutual included the setting and directing of strategy across the 3 funds to drive overall fund performance, including establishing NFU Mutual’s ESG strategy.

Outside of his day-to-day roles, Jon has also held roles within LandAid as an ambassador in the Midlands and served on the board of the Midlands Investment Property Forum, including as Chair from 2019 – 2021. Jon qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013 with a BSc in Accounting and Economics from Southampton University and an MSc from the University of Reading.

When not working Jon enjoys chasing after his young family, trying to get fitter and watching as much sport as time allows, now that the dream of turning professional has faded.

David began his real estate career in 2005 and worked with a Midlands based development company before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in London. In 2012 David joined Revcap, a pan-European real estate private equity fund, where he was involved in more than £300m of transactions. David has experience across multiple asset classes including office, retail, industrial, automotive, hotels, student housing, BTR and data centres.

David is a CFA Charterholder and a qualified Chartered Surveyor, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Maths and Management from the University of Nottingham and a master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading.

In his spare time David embraces the chaos of three young children, plays an agricultural form of golf and enjoys more than his fair share of tartiflettes in the Alps.

Martin began his career in 1988 as a trainee surveyor at the long since departed London firm of Edward Erdman. He subsequently returned to Birmingham where he worked as a commercial agent before setting up his own practice. Inevitably, the pull of development proved too strong, and Martin set up his own company in the mid-1990s.

Over the last three decades Martin has been involved in a diverse range of property transactions from pioneering the residential redevelopment of Birmingham city centre in the mid to late 1990s, through to the refurbishment of a telephone exchange for 600 students and a prison for West Midlands Police Force.

When not working Martin likes to fly in the face of the traditional property stereotype and enjoys playing golf, skiing and going to Twickenham with the family.
